Let's face it. Over the past five or so seasons, the Leafs roster has changed drastically. While teams like the Chicago Blackhawks relatively have the same group of players, the Leafs have next to nobody still around. Because of this, I thought it would be cool to do a "Where are they now?" piece, informing you all just what happened to everyone playing on the Leafs in the 2010-11 season. Let's take a look.
GOALTENDERS
Jean-Sebastien Giguere - Announced his retirement after the 2013-14 NHL season, most recently played for the Colorado Avalanche
Jonas Gustavsson - Spent the last couple of seasons playing for the Detroit Red Wings, became a UFA and was recently invited to Boston Bruins' training camp on a PTO.
James Reimer - Currently entering the final year on a two year contract with the Leafs.
DEFENSEMEN
Keith Aulie - Currently a free agent, most recently played for the Edmonton Oilers
Francois Beauchemin - Recently signed a three year contract with the Colorado Avalanche
Carl Gunnarsson - Traded to the St. Louis Blues after the 2013-14 season, currently entering the final year of a three year contract.
Korbinian Holzer - Recently traded to the Anaheim Ducks, currently entering a one year contract.
Tomas Kablerle - Currently a free agent, most recently played for HC Kladno of the Czech 1. Liga
Mike Komisarek - Retired shortly before the start of the 2014-15 NHL season. Most recently played for the Carolina Hurricanes.
Matt Lashoff - Currently playing for the Portland Pirates of the AHL.
Brett Lebda - Retired after the 2012-13 NHL season, most recently played for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Dion Phaneuf - Entering the third year of a seven year contract with the Leafs.
Luke Schenn - Entering the final year of a five year contract with the Philadelphia Flyers.
FORWARDS
Colby Armstrong - Currently an NHL analyst on Sportsnet, most recently played for the Montreal Canadiens.
Darryl Boyce - Playing for JYP Jyvaskyla of the Finnish Liiga.
Tyler Bozak - Entering the third year of a five year contract with the Leafs.
Tim Brent - Signed a one year contract with the Philadelphia Flyers this summer.
Mike Brown - Entering the final year of a two year contract with the San Jose Sharks.
Luca Caputi - Currently an assistant coach with the Guelph Storm of the OHL. Most recently played for IK Oskarshamn of the Swedish Hockey Allsvenskan.
Joe Colborne - Currently entering the final year of a two year contract with the Calgary Flames.
Joey Crabb - Currently playing for the New York Rangers.
Matt Frattin - Entering the final year on a two year contract with the Leafs. Currently playing for the Marlies.
Mikhail Grabovski - Entering the second year of a four year contract with the New York Islanders.
Christian Hanson - Currently a free agent. Most recently played for the St. Louis Blues
Nazem Kadri - Signed a one year contract with the Leafs this summer.
Phil Kessel - Traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins in a multi player deal this summer.
Nikolai Kulemin - Entering the second year of a four year contract with the New York Islanders.
Joffrey Lupul - Entering the third year of a five year contract with the Leafs.
Clarke MacArthur - Entering the third year of a seven year contract with the Ottawa Senators.
John Mitchell - Entering the second year of a three year contract with the Colorado Avalanche.
Marcel Mueller - Playing for the Hamburg Freezers of the DEL.
Colton Orr - Currently a free agent after recently playing for the Leafs and the Marlies during the 2014-15 season.
Jay Rosehill - Currently playing for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL.
Frederik Sjostrom - Announced his retirement in August of 2013, most recently played for Farjestad BK of the Elitserien.
Kris Versteeg - Currently entering the final season of a four year contract with the Chicago Blackhawks.
Mike Zigomanis - Currently a free agent. Most recently played for the Rochester Americans of the AHL.
HEAD COACH
Ron Wilson - Last coaching gig was with the Leafs in the 2010-11 season. Set to coach team USA at the U20 World Junior Championships.
GENERAL MANAGER
Brian Burke - Currently the President of Hockey Operations for the Calgary Flames.
